Terms of Service

These terms apply to FurGild custom digital pet portraits. By ordering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms.

The product

Single Portrait includes one high-resolution digital portrait in one selected classic style. Christmas Pack includes three high-resolution digital portraits in Royal Christmas, Cozy Christmas and Holiday Wreath styles. No physical product is included.

Your photos

You must upload 2 to 4 photos of the same pet and confirm that you own them or have permission to use them. Do not upload unlawful, abusive or unrelated material. We may cancel and refund an order that cannot be produced safely or from the photos supplied.

Delivery

We deliver by email within 24 hours after payment. Please provide a working email address and check your spam folder. If missing information or unusable photos delay the order, the 24-hour period starts when we receive the needed replacement.

Revision and refund

Your order includes one free redo. If you still do not like the result after that redo, you may request a refund under our Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

You may use the delivered portrait for personal use, including sharing and personal printing. You may not resell the digital file, claim the underlying artwork process as your own service, or use it unlawfully. FurGild does not receive ownership of your original photos.

Service limits

Portraits are artistic interpretations. Colors and details may vary between screens and printers. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be excluded.
