Privacy Policy

This policy explains what FurGild collects for a portrait order, why we use it and when we delete it.

What we collect

We collect your pet's name, delivery email, selected package and style, 2 to 4 pet photos, order identifier, timestamps and limited security data. For abuse prevention, we transform the request IP address into a one-way hash and keep only short-lived rate-limit data. We do not put customer content in public storage.

How we use it

We use the information only to create and deliver your portrait, support revisions and refunds, match the order to payment, protect the upload form and meet legal or accounting obligations.

Storage and retention

Uploaded photos and order details are stored in private Cloudflare storage and automatically expire after 30 days. They are not publicly browsable. Transaction records required for accounting or dispute handling may be retained longer by FurGild or Stripe as required by law.

Payments and processors

Stripe processes payment on its own secure checkout page. FurGild does not receive or store your full card number. Cloudflare hosts the site and private order storage. These providers process data under their own privacy terms and security controls.

Sharing

We do not sell your information. We share it only with service providers needed to operate the order, or when required by law. We do not use your pet photos in advertising or a public gallery without separate permission.

Delete or access your data

To request access or early deletion, email ogui.negocio@gmail.com from the address used for the order and include your order ID if available. We will respond and delete data unless retention is legally required.

Security

We limit file type and size, use private storage, restrict site scripts and payment destinations, and automatically remove uploads. No online service can promise absolute security, but we use safeguards appropriate to this small digital service.
