Refund Policy

We want the finished portrait to feel recognizably like your pet.

One free redo

If you do not like the first delivered portrait, reply to the delivery email and tell us what feels wrong. We will redo the portrait once at no extra charge. The request must be made within 7 days of delivery.

Refund after the redo

If you still do not like the portrait after the free redo, reply within 7 days of the second delivery and request a refund. We will refund the amount paid to the original payment method. Bank and card processing times may vary.

Before production starts

If you ask to cancel before we start creating the portrait, we will refund the order. Once work has started, the one-redo process above applies.

Orders we cannot complete

If the uploaded photos are unusable, unrelated, unlawful or do not show the same pet, we will ask for replacements. If we cannot complete the order, we will cancel and refund it.

Email ogui.negocio@gmail.com from the address used at checkout. Include your order ID and a short explanation. This policy does not limit any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.
